Kent Fiddy -
Kent Fiddy is songwriter, poet, and a storyteller of history. The music of Kent Fiddy celebrates an enormously rich but hitherto untapped vein of B.C. cultural heritage. The earliest contact with First Nations peoples, the extraordinary sea voyages of Captains Cook and Vancouver, the courage and determination of immigrant people from Europe and Asia, coal-mining on Vancouver Island, shipwrecks on the West Coast Trail, and the working heroes stationed on lonely, remote lighthouses. These all are part of the thread in the tapestry woven by Kent Fiddy. Inspired, evocative and compelling, his music has the power to take you on a journey across the curve of time. Kent Fiddy has worked as a songwriter and performer for many years. His material has been widely published. His recordings have been released internationally. His songs are used in schools for both literacy and music education purposes. Recent concert appearances include festivals in both Atlantic and Pacific Canada and Scotland. Kent’s CD was produced by David Sinclair, a friend and collaborator of over twenty years, who also performs in concerts with him.
David Sinclair -
David Sinclair toured with Sarah McLachlan from 1993-2003 as her guitarist on the Lillith Fair, Fumbling Towards Ecstasy and Surfacing tours. Prior to working with McLachlan, he toured with k.d. lang on her Ingenue tour. Before he landed these two opportunities, Sinclair had already accomplished a vast and varied musical background on his own.
Growing up in Vancouver, David was first was exposed to the world of professional music at the age of twelve. As a teenager, he was part of many bands and played locally regularly, moving from one playing situation to another, refining his guitar skills and performance. At the expense of his academic courses at the University of British Columbia's School of Music (Canada), he would often spend hours in the music library listening to a wide variety of guitar music from delta blues, to Django and to classical. During that period he was also introduced to the recording studio namely, Vancouver Recording (with legendary Vancouver engineer/producer Robin Spurgin), one of the very few professional studios in town at the time, which he frequented for days at a time, observing sessions and doing everything and anything he could to gain studio experience.

Bill King is the pianist, arranger and founder of Young Divas. He had been listening and working with all kinds of singers the past few years and thinking about each one who would make the perfect blend from jazz to opera, from Broadway to the Beatles, and the idea for Young Divas came to mind. Sophie Berkal-Sarbit, Lauren Margison, Kinga, Josephine Biundo, and Jessica Lalonde are five young singers who can conjure the spirit of Peggy Lee, swing like Sinatra, touch the heart like Sarah Vaughan, and reach for the bright lights of Broadway like Barbra Streisand. Young Divas present an evening of great songs with a personal touch and youthful vitality.
As a bonus concept in each market presenting the Young Divas, an invitation will be made for the inclusion of a local "young diva" to participate in the concert as well. This young, up-and-coming local talent could be chosen via a cross-promotion with the promoter and the regional media. It is sure to boost the stature of the selected young woman in her hometown and add to the excitement and diversity inherent in a Young Divas concert performance.

Standing ovations, sold out concerts and rave reviews are the hallmarks of Winter Harp, an ensemble of harps, medieval instruments, fiddle, percussion, poetry and song. The musicians, in gorgeous medieval attire, perform a hauntingly beautiful collection of music from well-known carols to Celtic, medieval and even flamenco. Dozens of candles light the stage providing a backdrop for the golden Celtic and classical harps, drums, tambourines, temple bells, violin, the singers and an assortment of rare 12th century instruments. As well as classical and Celtic harps, rare instruments used include the ethereal-sounding bass psaltery, the 12th century organistrum, and the nyckelharpa.

The Arrogant Worms came together in 1991 to do a few spots on campus radio station in Kingston, Ontario, and quickly moved to doing spots on CBC Radio One. Since 1992 the troupe has released 11 CDs on their own label. Their most recent album, Beige, was released in early 2006. The Worms have toured North America, Australia, and Great Britain. Each album consists mostly of independent tracks paying homage, always humorously, to different genres and topics. Semi-Conducted is performed with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra. Rock, folk, ballads, country, Celtic folk, and children's music all have come under the Worm's satirical guns. When not spoofing a particular style of music, the Worms' material pokes fun at various aspects of daily life in Canada with songs like "Canada's Really Big", "The Last Saskatchewan Pirate", "Me Like Hockey", "We are the Beaver" and "Proud to Be Canadian".
